Join the excitement of LASE MLS GO, a co-ed recreational soccer league for players aged 3 – 9, returning this Winter in Apollo Beach!
In partnership with Major League Soccer, LASE MLS GO Soccer League delivers a fun, inclusive, and affordable soccer experience for young athletes of all skill levels.

WHAT TEAM WILL YOU PLAY FOR?
LASE are proud to work with the MLS GO PLAY FUND to offer financial assistance for MLS GO participants.
Major League Soccer (MLS) launched the MLS GO PLAY FUND, an initiative that will support greater access to youth soccer through MLS GO leagues and advance MLS GO’s objective of removing economic barriers to play.
​The MLS GO PLAY Fund will allocate funds annually as part of the commitment from MLS to MLS GO League operators and individual players to help offset seasonal costs and ensuring as many children as possible can participate in youth recreational soccer programs.
​
Applications for MLS GO PLAY FUND grants will be facilitated through the RCX Sports Foundation. Further details, including criteria and how to apply can be found here.
LASE MLS GO Rec Soccer – Weather Policy
Florida weather can be unpredictable, and at LASE we prioritize safety while doing our best to provide a full and fun season of soccer. Below are our weather-related guidelines and best practices for the LASE MLS GO Recreational League.
Weather Monitoring & Safety

​Heat Protocol: Practices and games may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled during extreme heat conditions.

Lightning Protocol: Per safety guidelines, activities will be suspended when lightning is detected within a 10 mile radius. Play will resume only after 30 continuous minutes with no lightning. (per facility guidelines)
Bad Weather

Cancellations due to unplayable field conditions or unsafe weather will be communicated via email, Team Stack App and the Instagram & Facebook pages @LASE_MLSGO

Makeup games will be scheduled based on field availability and coach availability.

Due to limited time and space, not all canceled games may be rescheduled.
Communication

We aim to send weather-related updates by 4:00 PM on weekdays for practices and by 8:00 AM on Sundays for games.

Updates will be posted on our website and sent via team communications. (Team Stack App)
What Parents Can Do

Ensure your child stays hydrated and wears weather-appropriate gear.

Always check email/Team Stack App before heading to the field.

Understand that makeup opportunities may be limited by field and staffing constraints.
