Permission to Add Participants to LASE WhatsApp Group

LASE requests permission to add your contact information to the LASE WhatsApp group. This group will be used to provide updates and information regarding training, games, and other LASE events.

Please be aware that while your contact details will be visible to other LASE members within this group, they will not be shared on any other platform.

To ensure the safe and respectful use of our WhatsApp group for LASE Soccer, we require your agreement to the following terms. Please read and acknowledge the terms below.

Participation Terms:

  1. Group Etiquette: I agree to follow the group’s code of conduct, including respectful communication, constructive feedback, and adherence to the group’s purpose.

  2. Privacy and Confidentiality: I understand that all information shared within the group is confidential and agree not to share or forward any content outside the group without permission.

  3. Safety and Conduct: I agree to ensure that my child uses the WhatsApp group appropriately and that any concerns or issues are reported directly to the group admin rather than discussed publicly.

  4. Content Sharing: I consent to the sharing of relevant information, including event updates, training schedules, and team news within the group. I also understand that photos and videos shared within the group should not be redistributed without consent.

  5. Liability Waiver: I release LASE Inc, its staff, and volunteers from any liability related to the use of the WhatsApp group and any interactions that occur within it.

  6. Emergency Communication: I acknowledge that the WhatsApp group may be used for urgent communications related to training, matches, or emergencies, and I agree to check the group regularly to stay informed.

By replying with “I agree” and my child’s name, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accept the terms outlined above for participating in the LASE Soccer WhatsApp group.
